2. Description of Service

DropAnywhere is a personal capture and insight service that allows you to:

  • Capture thoughts, notes, and content from multiple channels (email, SMS, web, chat)
  • Receive AI-generated daily digests with patterns and insights
  • Store and search your captured content

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. User Content

"User Content" refers to any content you submit to the Service (drops, notes, images, etc.).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or verify any User Content and are not liable for any content submitted by users.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to analyze your content and generate insights. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only
  • AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated insights

7. Fees and Payment

The basic Service is free. Premium features may require payment. If you purchase premium features:

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by BrutallyHonest.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results from the Service will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRUTALLYHONEST.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrutallyHonest.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
